Don’t Drink … Play!

If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and keep all cash, charge cards and checks at home. Grab whatever money you expect to spend on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You may well have a success following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps table. Hang on to that adventure seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink and gamble. The two simply don’t mix.

Leaving your cash at home might be a bit excessive, but precautionary measures for excessive behavior is necessary. If you play to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to throw aside your money nary a worry, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol you are able to handle, but don’t carry credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head loses everything!

Permit me to take this 1 step further. Don’t drink and then go online to play in your preferred internet casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my home, however because I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.

What’s the reason? Although I do not drink to excess, once I drink alcohol, it is definitely adequate to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both create a dangerous, and crazy, drink.

Learning From My Wagering Failures

I have been gambling on the internet or at land based casinos for a lot of years. I have been taught, the addiction can acquire a hold of you and you will not even notice it till you are bankrupt. Notably if you are on a run. I have been through uncounted tens of thousands of dollars in just a short period of time and at times, I will go too far. It appears you are just having sum excitement up till you make a choice to pay attention to your squanderings and the anguish sets in, and of course you keep advising yourself "I might be able to win it back" ad infinitum. It does not work. Then you feel icky in your gut and the harder you try the more rapidly you spend.

When you discover that you are ahead, STAY Ahead! When you begin to relinquish, don’t tell yourself, "well only maybe one more" over and over again, believe in me, this scheme barely ever operates. Say you plan on playing on slot machine games, have a pot set aside prior to starting your action. DO NOT exceed that range, no matter how tempting. If you happen to win, put the winnings in an alternate canister. Do not bet your earnings regardless of what happens. Once you have gambled through your initial set range, stop. Leave, regardless if it is on the web or in a land based gambling den, do not stay at the tables or machines. Make sure to keep in mind, there certainly is other days, other times. Clearly, this process is able to function for any casino game that you play, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other casino game.

Keep in mind, gaming is supposed to be FUN not demanding, nauseating work! If you aren’t enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot manage the squanderings, do not ever start.
